WaterHero Rewards Program Terms and Conditions: 

Eligibility: The WaterHero Rewards Program ("Program") is open to individuals who are residents of South Africa and aged 18 years or above. Membership is non-transferable and is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Enrolment: To join the Program, participants must complete the online application form. By enrolling, members agree to receive promotional emails and WhatsApp messages about exclusive discounts and offers.

Communication: By joining the Program, members consent to receive promotional communications via email and WhatsApp, in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI Act). Members can opt out of receiving promotional communications at any time, which will result in the termination of the Rewards Program Membership as well as the forfeiture of all accrued benefits.

Rewards Accumulation:

• Members earn credits towards a free refill every time they purchase a refill of 5L, 10L, or 20L of Mineral or PH10 Mineral Water.
• The free 10th refill is earned after nine qualifying refills and must be of the same volume and type as the majority of the previous refills unless otherwise determined by the Store Manager at their discretion.

Rewards Accumulation:

Redemption:

• The free refill must be claimed at the WaterHero store where the previous nine refills were purchased, but members are free to purchase refills at any location nationwide.
• Free refills must be redeemed within six months from the date of eligibility. Unused refills will expire after this period.

Identification: Members must provide their mobile phone number at the point of sale to track and redeem their rewards. (Identification requirements may be updated from time to time.)

Family Participation: Family members may refill on behalf of the member if they provide the member’s mobile phone number.

Opt-Out and Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership at any time. Upon cancellation, all accrued benefits will expire immediately.

Changes and Termination: WaterHero reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Program, terminate the Program, or end a member's participation in the Program at any time without prior notification.

Limitations and Exclusions:

• The Program cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions unless specifically stated.
• WaterHero reserves the right to exclude specific products or services from the Program at its discretion.

Liability: WaterHero is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of participating in the Rewards Program or from the use of any rewards obtained through the Program. Where liability cannot be fully excluded under the law, WaterHero's liability will be limited to the provision of one refill equivalent to the member's usual purchase under the Program.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.

Additional Offers: Terms and conditions for exclusive discounts and promotional offers will be communicated separately and may include limitations such as availability while stocks last and time-bound restrictions.
